June 2019 Graduation Assessment Request
This form is to request to write a June 2019 Graduation Numeracy Assessment (GNA).
The Graduation Numeracy Assessment is a REQUIREMENT for graduation in BC under the 2018 graduation program.
The student must be completed grade 9 before attempting the assessment.
If you have already submitted a request, do not send in a second request for the same assessment, as this will delay processing your request.
PLEASE NOTE EBUS IS NOT ARRANGING GRADUATION NUMERACY ASSESSMENTS FOR CROSS ENROLLED STUDENTS
Graduation assessments are optional for ADULT students who are working towards graduation on the Adult Dogwood path. Please contact your academic advisor if you have questions.
There is only an electronic version of the assessment, there is not a strictly paper version of the assessment.
TO SUBMIT THIS FORM IS
FRIDAY MAY 10 2019
. If you are late, you can still submit the form and we will work to find you a seat, but EBUS cannot guarantee you a spot.
