January 2020 Graduation Assessment Request
This form is to request to write a January 2020
Graduation Numeracy Assessment or Literacy Assessment.
If you are requesting more than 1 assessment, you will need to submit a separate request for each assessment.

The Graduation Numeracy Assessment is a REQUIREMENT for graduation in BC under the 2018 graduation program.
The student must be completed grade 9 before attempting the assessment.
If you have already submitted a request, do not send in a second request for the same assessment, as this will delay processing your request.
